How do you serve this curry recipe to your baby?

When your baby is at the younger end of the weaning scale, you’ve got two options.

If you’re baby led weaning, you can drop the baby curry and rice on their tray and let them have a go at feeding themselves, using their hands.

Dexter started by eating the curry with his hands to using a spoon or a fork by the age of 17 months. We didn’t introduce cutlery until he was around 10 months old and it took him until he was 1.5 to use it confidently.

If you’re traditional weaning, then you can spoon feed this curry to your baby. be sure to mash/puree it depending on what stage your baby is at.

  • 5 cardamom pods
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp ground coriander
