I have made it my goal to find the tastiest, quick and easy meal recipes for my family. It seems like we are always short on time in the evenings. Between baths, homework, cleaning and family time, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of time left in the evening to make elaborate meals. When I find a quick and delicious meal that my family loves, I covet it! Today I am sharing my favorite white chicken pizza recipe that not only looks great and tastes amazing, it is also one of the easiest recipes I have ever created thanks to a few shortcuts and help from the grocery store.
One of my favorite shortcuts for homemade pizza is using RAGÚ® Pasta Sauce as my pizza sauce. Yes, that is right, I use a pasta sauce! For this roasted garlic chicken pizza recipe I used RAGÚ Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce. The sauce gives it the amazing garlic flavor that pairs well with chicken, add some red peppers and spinach to the mix and you have one beautiful and tasty meal!
As I mentioned before I take a little help from the grocery store to make this pizza. In addition to the RAGÚ Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce, I buy a rotisserie chicken and use the breast meat for the pizza. This a huge time saver for me.
Easy White Chicken Pizza Recipe

A quick and easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pizza with red pepper, spinach, and cheese.
Ingredients
- RAGÚ Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- Pizza Crust I used a refrigerated dough
- 2 Cups mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 2 Cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 Cup Baby Spinach
- Olive Oil
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out your pizza crust on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread about 1/2 cup of Ragu Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the top of the dough.
Top the sauce with mozerella cheese.
Add your bell pepper, spinach and chicken to the top of the pizza.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and the crust turns a golden brown.
Top with Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.

This white chicken pizza recipe has a ton of flavor and it looks beautiful. It is easy to make for a date night, for guests coming over as well as a weekly family dinner. Because it’s so simple, you won’t have to be in the kitchen for the entire time allowing yourself time to hang out with your family.
