Smooth Salsa Without Onions Recipe (2024)

As a Red Gold Ambassador, I am asked to share content about their quality products. This recipe is my original and it is definitely the BEST salsa without onions recipe I have ever had! I prefer it to be smooth but you can make it either way.

Smooth Salsa Without Onions Recipe (1)

This is the best salsa I have ever eaten and it is my own recipe! I use to create a modified version that a friend’s mom gave me growing up. I recently decided that it needed a little bit more flavor and I wanted a hint of lime in the salsa and an extra seasoning.

I created this smooth salsa without onions recipe and gave it a spicy kick while balancing the flavors with some lime and fresh cilantro. This salsa will be the one everyone asks you to bring to your parties and have it ready for Cinco de Mayo!

Salsa is used in our house all the time for parties, snacks, and dinners. We love eating food with a side of salsa.

Eating onions is generally good for your health but it can cause stinky breath, some people are allergic to it, and at times it can cause acid reflux and make someone burpy.

I am brand loyal to Red Gold Tomatoes. Their products taste as fresh as can be without the gross canned smell you get from other brands. Also, it is the first can of tomatoes to be certified as non-GMO!

I love having a good salsa recipe since it is always low-calorie and can help add flavor to any meal!

Popcorn With Salsa

So my favorite low-calorie snack to eat when I am craving salty food is my low-fat popcorn with some salsa! The popcorn absorbs the salsa a bit so you have to dip and eat quickly but it is such a good snack and kills my chips and salsa craving when I feel like I have had too many snacks.
